As a part of Safe Monitoring Group, Sensotran will collaborate with the other companies in the group across areas such as R&D, marketing, procurement, sales and services. This will benefit current customers of Sensotran and other Safe Monitoring Group companies, who will gain access to a wider range of products and services to osupport their needs in both existing and new applications.

Safe Monitoring Group has acquired 100% of the shares in Sensotran. The process was completed on 23 October 2025. The sellers of Sensotran have reinvested and are now shareholders in Safe Monitoring Group, and they will continue working within the group.
