To request a Service Repair or maintenance for Sensotran products or returning equipment for warranty, you may request an RMA number or send to us the monitor without RMA number. The following information must be provided:

• Serial number of each unit being returned
• Brief description of the problem for each unit
• Contact person, phone and email
• Contact, billing, and return shipment addresses

IMPORTANT: in order to accept the receipt of any shipment from the client, this must arrive free of shipping charges. Shipment with associated charges, will be not accepted.

We give you full access to the virtual simulation tool for determining gas detector installation spots, as well as for training users to calculate installations.

Sensotran, Inc. warrants products manufactured and sold by Sensotran to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods listed in the tables on the following pages. This warranty is expressly limited to the original owner who purchases the equipment directly from Sensotran or from an authorized Sensotran Distributor.
