ATEX fixed transmitter for toxic gas, flammable, oxygen and VOC detection with 4-20 mA and R485 output with wireless option.
The Sensotox2 can use a wide range of sensors to achieve multiple gas configurations, and can be connected as a 4-20 mA transmitter or a ModBus RS485 loop transmitter, enabling up to 128 sensors to be connected to the same panel. Optionally it also incorporates a display for displaying the reading, status LEDs and alarm relays for local actuation and/or a wireless modem to transmit the reading and alarm signals to a remote panel, thereby eliminating the need to install cables from the sensor to the control panel.
The network of sensors in ModBus connected to a GasVisor32 board will supervise the status of each sensor to indicate alarm and sensor status conditions, with a wide variety of controls, indications and options. It also has a 4-20 mA output to connect to GasVisor6 panels with up to 8 analogue inputs.
