O2, CO2, CO, NO and NO2 emission analyzer model SENEMI
SENEMI is the name that groups the different equipment for emission control designed and manufactured according to the specifications of each client to analyze gas samples extracted and treated by the system itself.
The SENEMI systems incorporate sensors of different measurement principles highlighting electrochemical, infrared, catalytic, photoionization (PID), flame ionization (FID), Gas Chromatography (GC / TCD) and others.
The analog signals of the sensors can be treated with a proprietary data acquisition system based on control modules with a capacity of up to 8 sensors each with 8 programmable relay outputs.
The sensors used are of high reliability and long duration. The infrared has an estimated life of 10 years and electrochemical depending on the electrolyte changes and / or electrodes can last more than 20 years.
The whole set is mounted in a metal cabinet.
It incorporates an automaton with its own software, to act on other systems (electro valves, fans, etc.) with recording of the concentration of gases in each sensor, historical (graphs and lists) and design of synoptics based on diagrams, plans or photographs

Key characteristics
The system sucks and treats the sample and consists of:
Sampling system and sample preparation: It extracts the sample and circulates it through the filter system and other regulation and flow control devices (which can incorporate mass flow meters to control emissions or other calculations in real time).
Analysis System where the sample is analyzed and returned to the flue or chimney (eventually burning or to another escape).
Purge system that is used to clean with filtered instrumentation air the different sensors in order to lengthen the periods between maintenance.
