CO2, O2 and NH3 analyzer for compost SENSOCOMP
In compost plants, O2 is controlled to verify that aerobic fermentation is in the correct process.
We developed the SENSOCOMP system to measure CO2, ammonia and oxygen levels and control if the reaction is correct.
The SENSOCOMP contains an infrared CO2 analyzer, one electrochemical oxygen sensor and one electrochemical ammonia sensor which can support high concentrations (up to 1.000 p.p.m. NH3).
KEY FEATURES
The system take the samples from the tunnels and through treating system condense an filter the sample before enter in the analyzers.
Purging with instrumentation air permits the ammonia sensor to enlarge the maintenance periods.
